Yes, I've heard this and it's concerning. But, he said that he cannot confirm many things without a subpoena. So far, it shows there's some malfeasance, questionable behavior on Bidens family. Of course, it matters.

Watch all news channels, see what Im missing, etc. And do more research. Look at each character, integrity (less or more), accomplishments (better or worse) etc.

That's how I can come up with my own judgement
