I remember years ago going into the DMV and wondering why there were posters stating everything in 20 different languages. My thought was, if you can't speak and understand English, then YOU don't get to vote until you can. PLUS, I think new Americans should not be allowed to vote for at least 5 years, so you have time to learn how things work here and our rules.
