When we left San Diego it was 27 cents/kilowatt and it has been raised 3 times since we left. I think 37/kilowatt or more. They are also penalizing people with solar. Tru up bill two years ago was $45. 00 dollars last year it was $868.00 and our renters used less electricity last year than the previous year. SDG&E are crooked as hell

short reply.. one comment.. did you know or even hear that Biden asthma was the reason the draft assigned him a classification that would indeed made him a last choice of the draft, but by that time the draft was no longer in uss and the law was very near being changed... prior to that time, Joe did get deferment for education.. very common and a given for anyone in grad school of any kind..
Nothing that joe did was a made up excuse created by a paid for statement from a dr. of the moment..

some part of the tax law had to be temporary because of a law the GOP pushed thru in prior sessions.. it could have been done with any part of the tax gift.. but the trump mob demanded and passed the temporary rule be for the middle and working class . not for the rich or the corporations..
