FISA has turned the FBI from a law enforcement agency, into a domestic Spy Agency, doing exactly what the CIA is
specifically prohibited from doing, spying on American Citizens, on American Soil.
Why do we need 17 different "Intelligence Agencies", to screw-up ONE job?
