The law is plain, the court ruled to enforce it. It would be wrong to not enforce a law. I and most others think this is a horrible law. The legislature needs to correct it.
It was the right "legal" decision. Now it's up to us voters. Unfortunately the dems are pushing a "soft cap" of 24 weeks with exceptions for everything...so basically abortion until the child crowns. We need to get an alternative to this on the ballot
