Dr Jill has tried to put a positive spin on her failing husband's favorability rating but it will not work. Joe is falling further and further into the dumps and will eclipse Jimmy Carter and Brock ovommit as our country's all time worse presidents. Like Jill's disastrous Ph.D thesis, Joe has been a disaster for our country.
