That might be an improvement on the Vietnam era when recruiting was low IQ focused, which was a disastrous bloodbath.
I disagree dbirch the idea he suggested recruitment was focused on low IQ's he didn't actually have to say all 58,000 dead were of low IQ but it certainly implied !
Every one that served there either volunteered or being drafted No Where was there any mention of recruiting low IQ men and women!
