If fossil fuels are so horrible in Bidens mind (pardon the oxymoron), Why doesn't he publicly have it crushed? Maybe he could even drive it into the crusher himself. It would get another dastardly gasoline powered vehicle off the road and make for a great campaign stunt to impress the tree huggers. Just make sure all the classified documents are removed first and any cocaine residue that Hunter may have left in it.
