Actually I eat that meal as often as I can. I'm very lucky to have a good neighbor who raises black Angus cows. Some of the joys living in the country. I have chickens and grow veggies, so most everything is fresh. We share our bounty here. I doubt highly I could go back to living in the city. What a contrast it is!

Hey people,I'm from Idaho. I know potatoes and it's a good thing I really like them. Have them frequently for meals.😊

I only wish I could easily find Idaho potatoes here. For some reason my grocers sell second rate potatoes not from Idaho.

What kind of store do you have? It's a bit of a drive for me..but Wal-Mart has just about any kind of potato you could want. Don't you have a Wal-Mart you can get to?
