It was an educated observation and opinion. I look at a variety of sources from both sides of the political spectrum and see if their facts coincide on different areas and if they give credit to other sources before making up my mind.
Specialized sites that are written by experts who are educated in the field of study and list their sources.
The independent journalists often give almost neutral investigative reports and commentaries.
Of course, people with extreme political ideologies often go with the sources that feed their cognitive biases.
