Yeah, he bought the building and then renovated it to his tastes. If the people of New York didn't want this to happen they should have bought it themselves and kept it how they wanted. There wasn't enough interest or money to keep this building. Nobody wanted to come up with the money to save the art deco. Put your money where you mouth is.

Boy, are you an ignoramus. Tfg had made a solemn agreement with the MMA to preserve the Deco panels, and then just went and destroyed them anyway. He also stiffed some of the laborers on the project. The man is a moral criminal.

You don't like him don't do business with him. I am sure you have nothing of value to offer him. It is a sad thing to see a human being, made in the divine image, degrade himself so far as to stick his nose into the anus of the Dear Leader, and to exert all his efforts explaining that what he breathes is the finest perfume. By historical reference you are referring to one sides statements of facts and there are always two sides. You should look at both of them.

When the historical record is unambiguous, as in the case of the Bonwit Teller building which I summarized, taking the other side puts you into the category of the flat-earthers. No sensible person need take you seriously.
