Democrats always use our tax money to fund their Socialist schemes. Most inventions, innovations, and improvements happen organically. They happen in spite of government. New things are constantly being created. Most will be failures in the long run. The steam ship, the train, the telephone, the internal combustion engine car, and the cell phone all had to pass the test of the market place.

Liberals want to prematurely make the internal combustion car extinct. The market place will do that when it is time. Maybe it will be the electric car that replaces it. I doubt like hell that it will be the current electric car. I believe some future Elon Musk, not even born yet will invent a new battery technology that will be cheap enough to replace what we have now. In the meantime Joe Biden is mandating the creation of millions of current technology electrics that soon will be creating waste disposal headaches, from their batteries leaking heavy metals into surface water at junkyards all around America.
