South Africa has announced that it is sending advisors and delegates to all blue cities here in the United States to instruct them on how to deal with rampant crime and violence.
The president of South Africa Matamela Cyril Ramanhosa has stated that he is embarrassed at how bad crime has become in the blue cities in the USA and is willing to give guidance.
