Well I'm awake now-- A victim of my bladder -- I have a CPAP machine I just disconnected from . I have to use it to keep from having a heart attack or stroke .---- So the doctors say --- I do notice I have more energy during the day and I do manage to sleep with it on .

I was diagnosed with Reactive airway disease ---carpenters lungs-- almost 40 years ago . I have been on 3 different types of inhalers that made me feel like I could not breathe without them . I quit them cold turkey 25 years ago and I breathe just fine . Doctors will make you sick if you listen to them sometimes .

I am 70 but I get out and do a days work any time I can get the chance . I enjoy my food and I am not fat . Eat a big steak is my cure all for whatever ails you
