Trump has indictments. most related to the documents case. However; Biden is guilty of Impeachable offenses, No question, and Democrats could care less. The rule of law means nothing to them.
1) Classified documents in Biden's possession. He has no right to have them. Not even a grey area. It's the Law.
2) Not enforcing Federal LAW on the border. (Impeachable)
3) ignoring the SCOTUS ruling not allowing him to forgive Student Loans.
Biden is much more of a tyrannical leader than anyone we've ever had in Office. So, Democrats, clean up your own "house" before you whine and cry about someone else's.

Don't forget simple dereliction of duty. I don't think they will actually impeach Biden for the simple fact that putting Kamilla in the WH is just too gross to be considered.

I can't stand the thought of Harris either. She's a buffoon. However; unfortunately I've dealt with dementia. It's really cruel to FJB to still be in office.

You may be right but the House has brought numerous calls for impeachment and none of them have the needed proof of Crimes andd Misdemeanors by Pres. Biden. The House must present charges.

They have more proof on Biden than Trump on the documents case. A president can declassify anything. Whether Trump followed procedure is the main question. We know Biden didn’t, because there is no grey area. Senators and V.P.’s cannot take classified docs.
