I think I am closer to a possible solution where we all can live in peace.

Okay folks,

We have Liberals.
We have Conservatives.
We have extreme Liberals.
We have extreme Conservatives.
We have moderate Liberals.
We have moderate Conservatives.

You know incidentally what's in common with all of us:
We have all had debates on this forum, where it appears we can't get along
But in the end, we are forced to get along. We don't like it, but that's the way it is.

This forum represents a form of democracy, where we all as free thinkers can discuss the topics of the day, and "Try to solve" the world's problems.
We know that our solutions could solve it, but it's a shot in the dark. But if enough of us, rise up against the problems, I'm sure we can solve the problems we face together.

The problem isn't the liberal or the conservative, the problem is first, respecting and understanding each other.
In a balanced day, we all call good, there is a certain amount of evil, and a certain amount of good, which when in balance, makes for a triumphant day. Same can be said about the conservative and the liberal. If in the thought process there is a certain amount of liberalism, with in a certain amount of conservatism we become great. No one can deny this, we experience it in our lives every day.

So what is the true problem then. If we as human beings, shift from liberal to conservative and back, many times in a day, what really is the problem?

Take for example the debate, argument, and discussion on immigration. Ask any liberal or conservative, "Are you against immigration?", and this is one thing both groups incidentally agrees on, the answer is "No."

But then a liberal would say, "Trump and Maga are against immigrants."
Well, that statement, although filled with feelings that are negative against Trump, is an oxymoron, because truth be told, he's married to an immigrant, so how can he be against immigration?

The problem lies in the seven deadly sins: which is pride, greed, lust, envy, gluttony, wrath, and sloth.

Now it is here that the problem between the conservates and liberals lies. No matter who is right and who is wrong, no matter if a decision is made through logic or feeling, or is emotional, these seven sins are responsible for all negative aspects of humanity.

Solve this, and we can live in harmony. The conservative needs the liberal to grow. The liberal needs the conservative to grow, but the seven deadly sins kill both.

Let's look back at the past forty years shall we. From 1980 until now.
From 1980 until the middle of the 1990s, the conservatives had a choke hold on the United States. It was not intended to be that way, but it just happened. Now conservatives back then went too far, in forcing those who didn't believe their way, to believe their way. And a free society as we are here in the United States, thus fought back. We then turned more liberal by the middle of the Bill Clinton years.

Now, at the time, President Bill Clinton was considered a way left liberal, especially in his questioning of what the word is, is. However, he was not as liberal as President Obama, and Biden. Now let's look at the conservative side. The Conservatives gained power in 1980 with the election of Ronald Reagan, who was a strong conservative. At the time, he was described as far right. However, so was Bush, and Trump. But Regan is more conservative than Bush or Trump.

Why is it this way? You would think that the predecessor, like Clinton would be less liberal than those who came after him. And it works when looking at Clinton, Obama, and Biden. However, it works in reverse when looking at Regan, Bush, Bush, and Trump, why?

Two reasons: The seven deadly sins, and those who engage in it.

So, as people of this country, that holds the greatest power of this country, my suggestion is to invoke rules for our society to stop the seven deadly sins. Look at this fact of life:

Abortion, which is considered, "woman's health" has destroyed society today since 1973, that we are suffering today, 50 years later, the fruits of that action. Because of abortion, and the like, the population of this generation is not able to replace the previous generation. And what caused this, not some lunatic conservative or liberal argument, but rather all of these seven deadly sins.

It began with lust, then as lust was winning, it brought in vain glory or pride. This took the form of those famous words, "It's woman's reproductive health.", soon greed came about to fuel the fire, by the sale of baby parts. Then gluttony, wrath, and sloth, reinforced the other four. But it was Lust that acted first, now sex can be done with no consequence. Sick isn't it. But that describes the grip these sins have on us.

To combat these sins, what must we as conservatives and liberals do? Well according to St. Thomas Aquinas, we must overcome this with the seven heavenly virtues of humility, charity, chastity, gratitude, temperance, patience and diligence. Well, it has been shown greatly in the past 12 years that these virtues push the needle forward and make us better than who we are.

Each one of us, liberal or conservative must now focus on these heavenly virtues and teach that to our kids. Then likes of Abortion, or illegal immigration will be solved, properly, not haphazardly, like so many did in the past.

Now, yes, I support Maga, but Maga only goes so far. And the true message of Make America Great Again, is not getting out, rather than the rumor of what Maga is what is getting out. That is because of the seven deadly sins, so Maga has to fight that with the seven heavenly virtues. This is how we all will win.

Now that I posted the problem: The Seven Deadly Sins,

All that's left is to execute the virtues and avoid committing the sins.

To accomplish this, we need to first have people who try not to be Hippocrates. Who are dedicated to and committed to doing the right thing.

First let's establish human rights.
The Bill of rights, and the subsequent amendments, should suffice, and have been long established, therefore that can stay the same.

What needs to change is the enforcement and exercise of those rights.

The first amendment guarantees me four things:
1. freedom of religion,
2. freedom of speech, and the press,
3. Freedom of assembly, and
4. the freedom to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The second amendment grants me the freedom to defend myself against the government.

The third amendment grants me the freedom to prevent the government from forcing me to quarter soldiers in my house, without my consent.

The fourth amendment grants me the freedom to be secure in my person, house, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures. It grants me the right that no Warrants shall be issued, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and the particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.

The fifth amendment provides that no person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger.

It also grants me that nor any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

The sixth amendment guarantees me the right of in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; also to be confronted with the witnesses against me, and to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in my favor and to have the assistance of counsel for my defense.

The seventh amendment, for suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, then according to the rules of the common law.

and the eighth amendment guarantees the right that excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

These are the only rights, we as citizens of the United States need, to function as a country. However, due to racism, and other negative aspects of the war between the states, known as the American Civil War, three other amendments are necessary. They enforce the above eight to the fullest extent. These amendments are:


13th amendment: neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

14th amendment:

1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age,* and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

4. The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

and the 15th amendment:

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude--

We must also add, the 16th amendment and the 26th amendment, which states the same as the 15th only concerning sex, or anyone over the age of eighteen.

Now that we established based upon the constitution the way of the solution... I will post how we should enforce the solution.

So let's establish what law is, check this out:

"It is apparent, next, that it was necessary for law to be divinely given to man. just as the acts of irrational creatures are directed by God through a rational plan which pertains to their species, so are the acts of men directed by God inasmuch as they pertain to the individual, as we have shown. But the acts of irrational creatures, as pertaining to the species, are directed by God through natural inclination, which goes along with the nature of the species. Therefore, over and above this, something must be given to men whereby they may be directed in their own personal acts. And this we call law.

Again, the rational creature, as we have said, is so subjected to divine providence that he even participates in a certain likeness of divine providence, in so far as he is able to govern himself in his own acts, and also others. Now, that whereby the acts of such agents are governed is called law. Quite appropriately, then, law was given to men by God.

Besides, since law is simply a certain rational plan and rule of operation, it is fitting that law be given only to those beings who know the rational character of their work. Now, this is proper only to a rational creature. Therefore, it was appropriate that law was given to the rational creature only.

Moreover, law should be given to those having the ability to act and not to act. Now, this is true of the rational creature only. Therefore, only the rational creature is capable of receiving law.

Furthermore, since law is nothing but a rational plan of operation, and since the rational plan of any kind of work is derived from the end, anyone capable of receiving the law receives it from him who shows the way to the end. Thus does the lower artisan depend on the architect, and the soldier on the leader of the army. But the rational creature attains his ultimate end in God, and from God, as we have seen in the foregoing. Therefore, it is appropriate for law to be given men by God.

Hence it is said in Jeremiah (31:33): “I will give my law in their bowels”; and in Hosea (8:12; Douay modified): “I shall write my manifold laws for them.”
