This case alone shows that the prosecution of Trump by James in N.Y. Was purely political. No jury. No trial. Every patriot should be outraged about this case. By the way a case like this had never been brought in New York. Brought by a prosecutor who campaigned on ruining Trump. I don’t like Trump, but this kinda law fare is not what this country was Founded on.

Exactly what it is. The other case sets a precedent that the government shall not lay accessible fines or retribution when not warranted. This supposed crime had no victim. This is banana republic actions.
