What it tells me is that trump gave Putin everything he wanted without going to war. when a true American got in the oval and shut down the free gifts, they Putin resorted to war and attacked as he had in the past . before the gift giving to his whims..

I think my pointing out that it is a false endorsement is quite different than saying it did not happen.. It is obvious Putin did say that, but the why is unclear.. as for why in the world would Putin favor the President who supplied mountains of weapons to his opponent in the war he started , rather than the president who made Putin the most benefited person in the world during his term in the oval..
clearly nothing based on logic..
