Ten years ago in 2014, I joined this forum and started a thread called, "Praying for America--Through a Psalm of David."
I invited all of you to pray for America, I promised to post one Psalm of David, every day and asked you all to pray any prayer and post it on this forum.

Although this was, at the time considered non-political talk, we prayed. When I reached the end of the Psalms, I looked for a candidate for president.
Remember, in those days, Obama had greatly offended us with his policies:

Anywhere from Obamacare, to the death of our Ambassador in Benghazi, to other major mistakes in the political arena.

Then in December of 2015, Donald Trump threw his hat in the arena, for president.
I looked at all the other Republican candidates at that time, and found that the only candidate that had a really good chance of winning was Donald Trump.
At the time, I was not alone in that assessment. Many of you, who prayed on that thread also thought that Donald was a messenger from God, and God chose him.

The chosen one of God, always must contend with the attacks of the evils of this world. They crucified Jesus Christ, and murdered all but one of the Apostles including John the Baptist the messenger who announced the coming of Christ. Therefore the attacks on Donald Trump were nothing new. However the experience of the past ten years proved something to me.

God, chooses strong men, to represent him. Strong men like Donald Trump. Strong men, not necessarily men with great wisdom, but strong character.
God chose Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, John Kennedy and Robert Kennedy in the early 1960s, and Ronald Reagan, in the 1980s, and George Bush Jr, in 2000. Just as a few brief examples.

Dr. King, John and Robert Kennedy, were all killed. Ronald Reagan was shot and almost killed, and there was a plot to take out Bush, Sr, and Bush, Jr.
The beauty of God's chosen however, is that arguments could be made against them, which proves that these men were human, not gods.

Dr. King and I have something in common, we both were raised in the bosom of the church. He as a preacher of the Word of God, and me as an alter boy, serving at the pleasure of the Lord.
In the nurturing of the church, I learned certain wisdom, the same wisdom that Dr. King speaks of from a Birmingham Alabama Jail. Catholics recognized the Word that King preached. But some of the Black community has taken his nurturing words of Christ, and twisted them for their own evil purposes, even recruiting some whites. These whites are considered apologists. I am not an apologist, but rather like King, I am one who observes the world around me, and find that Dr. King was right in his assessment, where we all should meet at the table of brotherhood and do three things:

1. Respect each other
2. Discuss our differences
3. Come to a resolution where we can all live together.

I have come to a new understanding as I grow older. A young man is a liberal, willing to ban together and fight. Right or wrong they do this. An old man is a conservative, a man who has fought the good fight as a liberal and found that certain principles remain true, that take the young liberal and induce him with God's wisdom where the man becomes a conservative. History, ancient or modern has proven that liberals and conservatives can work together in Harmoney. However when either becomes progressive, (either liberal or conservative), they become a danger to society. Examples of this is the progressive conservative, Adolf Hitler, and the Nazi political party. An example of a progressive liberal is Joseph Stalin.

But in the realm of Humanity,
In the freedom of all Humanity to challenge each other, like the proverb says, "Like a rock, sharpens a knife, so does a man sharpen his fellow man", in a free society the progressive liberals and progressive conservatives cannot exist. They are burned away by the principles of both the liberal and the conservates. When they are not burned away, the result is the supreme rule, which both types of progressives seek, that utopia.

Thus, we look back at the past ten years and can now accept our successes and failures. God chose Trump, (a representative of a new generation of Americans, who stand tall and proud, and believe); the adversary chose Joe Biden, a frail weak, "meaningful" old man, with "a bad memory." And this makes perfect sense.

God chooses great men of character. St. Peter the apostle was a lot like Trump in his youth. The bible is full of arguments between Christ and Peter. Yet Peter was chosen to lead the Apostles because of his character which was challenged by St. Paul. St. Paul too was a person of great character, like myself and Dr. King, he was raised in the Temple, and realized that Jesus of Nazareth was the Christ. Christ is for all of humanity, not just one group. Since God created all of mankind, and the Angels infected mankind with imperfection, Christ comes to take that imperfection away from us.

In every age, God raises men to the pillar of the fire. He rose as a messenger John the Baptist, St. Peter and St. Paul, all of the Apostles. He rose up many heroes of the modern era, the modern era started with Christ. But if we look at just the last century, he rose President John Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, Dr. Martin Luther King, and President Ronald Reagan. He also rose up Donald Trump for the purpose of making America honorable again, as reported as "Great again".

A "great" anything, is one who marches freely into the fire and fights the good fight, and is made great by the fire. What is the fire, the devil trying to destroy you, but you overcome the devil by surviving honorably. The devil on the other hand takes the vital principles of Christ and twists them into oblivion. He chooses those men like Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Putin, any of the terrorists from Al-Qaeda to ISIS, to the leader of Iran. The devil raises up China. Then he confuses those who know the proper principles through laziness and sloth, and places an "meaningful old man" to lead the opposition. The purpose of the devil, or evil, is to destroy, the purpose of God is to build.

If you can't see it with the contrast between Joseph Biden and Donald Trump, then perhaps you can see it in racism. The Jewish people were first to be slaves, long before the Africans were made slaves. And for the Negro, Black, or (what ever you term it), to join Hamas and the terrorists against the Jewish people, that proves my point right there. The Jewish people support Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s ideals, but Dr. Kings followers will not come to the aid of the Jewish people in their time of need? That is the exposure that those people, were led astray, and confused the principles that Dr. King, promoted.

But Dr. King's principles were not his own, for those principles come from a Jew, by the name of Jesus of Nazareth. Who was also killed, for those very same principles. So why would the Jewish community not support King, but then again, why doesn't King's community support Israel in their time of need?

Therefore, as we all reflect upon what I wrote here, as we all read and get mad, or get inspired, remember it is the principles of the Hebrews, passed to the Israelites, passed to the Jews, passed to the Christians, passed to us, that stand the test of time. And it is those principles that are real and very powerful. So powerful that it put Trump in the office of president not once, but it appears to be twice.

I, too, believe that Trump was chosen by God to be our President to show us how good our country could be. Then he allowed Biden to be elected to show us the other, ugly side our country could be. I do believe that God is giving us another chance, just like Lot. If Trump doesn't get elected again, I believe we will see another Sodom and Gemorah like event.

Been here awhile like I stated, I began on the Opp back in 2014, but thanks for the welcome.

The answer to your question is simple, "No." I believe that liberals and democrats are young people, and reckless at times. I think some of the democrats and liberals are well meaning people, trying to push the country in the direction they desire. There is nothing wrong with that. However, when liberals, (or conservatives) join the likes of a progressive group of people, these young people become militant and many times as experience hath shown, do not realize that they were used as patsy's and fall guys for the progressives. Sometimes, wisdom is lacking in the liberals and must be naturally checked by the conservatives. This is how peace between the two groups comes to an agreement. In every life, a person begins as a liberal, and once they become set in their ways, they become conservatives due to the wisdom they learned from the mistakes they have made as liberals.

Moving on to the next part of your question, "...and Mr. Trump was sent by God?", the answer is "Yes". The reason for this can go on and on but the simple basic answer is Trump disrupted the two-tear justice system and disrupted the deep state. That right there shows that God is refining the United States to become a better people. See to be good, is fairly easy. To be great is really hard. To be great is to prove the worth of your goodness in the eyes of both your peers and God. To be great, is to stand up against your short comings and become heroic against the evil that attacks you. In the case of politics, you can consider politics as the fire where the worth of your goodness is challenged. To the beholder is the judgement in that type of fire. Each person will then make their own judgement.

But for official judgement, that judgement must be made fairly. Any attempt to tip the scales of justice goes against the ultimate judgement and therefore shows whether the judgement is just or one-sided. For example, the comment, "Donald Trump has be disqualified for running for president because he engaged in the Jan 6, insurrection."

There are several problems with the statement. By stating the fourteenth amendment is one just problem. The intent of the writers of this amendment first focuses on due process. If that is the case, which backs up the (4th and 5th amendments, incidentally), then in order to disqualify Trump from running for president, the government must prove that he engaged in insurrection against the United States for the purpose of overthrowing the government. This has never entered a court room, nor has it ever been tried. Thus, the due process rights of Donald Trump have not been done. And since due process has not been completed, thus, you can't violate the 14th amendment to charge Donald Trump with a violation of the 14th Amendment.

Once Donald Trump is charged with insurrection, then due process has started. However, they cannot charge him with insurrection due to a violation of the 5th Amendment, double jeopardy. Now what other historical character had such a Delima?

The apostle Paul did. The Jewish authority could not crucify the Apostle Paul, for the simple fact that Paul was a Roman Citizen. As a Roman Citizen he appealed to Ceazar. Here again we are in a situation whereby committing an action against the subject (either Trump or Paul) you violate the law.

Now looking at this who is more right? Paul? Trump? The Roman Authority? or the Democrat Party? What we have here is a paradox in the law, and in practice, which creates a division, therefore the Law is faulty. Change the law, then all go free. This was the same advice that was given by many learned men to the authority including that of Jesus Christ, himself, during the conversation with Pilate, when Christ said, "He who delivered me to you, has the greater Sin."

Trump in no way can be considered an Apostle Paul, for Trump is fighting for the freedom of all American citizens, and Paul was fighting for the freedom of the soul, as a slave of Christ. But like Paul, and the Jewish Authority had the LAW (Mosaic Code as interpreted by the Maccabees) in the tradition of the Pharisees and Sadducees, so does the American authority have to contend with the Constitution, in the tradition of Republican and Democrats tradition.

Just like Paul was sacrificed through beheading as a traitor to Rome, perhaps that might be the outcome with Trump. But like it was a disaster to Rome for the murder of Paul, so will be with Trump. So, this comparison is leading us into Plato's circular logic.

To break this, the teachings of Christ will show, that if Trump is allowed to exercise his knowledge as president. The country will succeed, in the economy and more. And this is not because, some believe that Trump was chosen by God, but because he has proven he can do it on his own. But it takes God, to persuade those who don't believe to believe. It is there that Trump is a great leader.

LosrAggets666, most definitely, I firmly believe that ALL Democrat politicians are biblically evil. Possibly possessed by the devil. Democrats push child sacrifice in the form of abortion. Which makes Satan very happy. RINO'S are just Democrats calling themselves Republicans and are just as evil. Democrat voters are just stupid sheepel.

That's not really accurate. Democrats are split or should I say splintered into two groups of youthful people. The liberals and liberal progressives. The liberals are just young people meaning well, but succumb to thier own desires with no wisdom. The evil rests with the progressive liberals who are youthful misguided, people, who jump at the anti establishment ideals. It is the liberal progressives that are anti Israel, anti American, abortionists, anti church, etc.

Now just as equally wrong is also the Republicans, which are made up of conservatives and moderates in one group. This is the group where libertarians are born, the tea party was born here, and also MAGA was born here. The conservatives and moderates are American patriots who believe in God and country.

Then you have the progressive Republicans or progressive conservatives. They make up all the far right groups, including the Rino people. They share in the belief in God and country only lukewarm. They along with the progressive democrats, or progressive liberals, wheel and deal, and are the bureaucrats, the elite, etc.

I am proud to be a member of the moderate republicans and MAGA. I share thier values. However the progressives have demonized us patriots to the point of no return. Insults are just name calling that is just words with no meaning intended to insult. As I went from a young liberal man, to an old conservative man, I learned a bit of wisdom along the way.

One such wisdom that I learned is the hardheadedness of intolerance. Why must I as a Christian question Christ's teachings, when the one who asks me to, doesn't question Muhammad's teaching or thier religious teachings? Hypocracy does nor persuade. Therefore, why can't I have a Christmas tree, because I'm forcing my religion upon these people but they get away with abortion or murder? Is that not forcing thier religion on me? Never once was it known that a Christmas tree kills, but the babies aborted could start thier own nation.

That is just two examples of the hypocrisy I have seen and heard. For a long time, we as moderates have turned a blind eye to this evil. Only now are people realizing how evil it.is.

The progressive democrats and progressive Republicans want to kill your sons and daughters and import aliens to take thier place. They open the borders, and tell you to abort your baby, it's sick. Now some are freaking out because this is the first time this generation will not be able to fill the shoes of the previous generation just in numbers.

Also the American family has been broken apart and labeled. If we are to return to our true greatness families must stay together. Then we must drop all labels and become the great melting pot we once were. There is no black or white American, we are just Americans.

There is a great honor with being American and to fight against the evil of the progressive movement, society must embrace the rewards of being one, not fifty. Dr. King spoke about that when he mentions a seat at the table of brotherhood.

Yet there are those who want to bribe the young into believing in the labels. Leave your husband or wife, break up your family, become black or white, become male or female, and you will be rewarded.

Yes that's the great lie. We as a society will be rewarded with the lie if this continues. The reward will be the end of our society, and we shall perish.

Incidently, this philosophy is stro g with the youthful progressives in both parties. So Maga, the tea party, and the libertarians were formed to combat that failure of the old to the young.

But there is hope, we can as Dr King mentioned, we can demand that the check America gave us, be cashed. We will not accept the defaulted check because, we are America.

Dr King was a preacher of Jesus Christ who sought to free his community. In his example we should do the same.

Ranger7374, thank you for explaining this. I just always linked Democrats and RINO'S together but I see your point that Democrats come in 2 forms. This is why I believe that Democrat POLITICIANS are evil and regular Democrat voters are just stupidly following their Fearless Leaders. That's been my assessment based on people that I know. The Democrat party leadership has been hijacked by the communist party, as have Republican RINO'S. That's why they are both evil.
