Once it started the Secret Service would never have allowed Trump anywhere close. You worthless POS want to blame Trump for starting the protest then blame him for not stopping it. You Leftists are certifiable.

You do recall that days earlier it's said Trump offered the Guard but Pelose didn't like the image and refused. You going to blame him for this one too.

Exactly. Pres Trump is moved away very quickly. And Pelosi of course lied and her real motive was the insurrection narrative. All planned and orchestrated. To a lib, he is responsible for whatever their CNN /tv master says.

Courts ( with democrat majorities) have found he wasn’t humility of insurrection- soon the US Supreme Court will render their decision on the issue - I believe it will be a unanimous decision (9-0) in Trumps favor — your opinion my opinion or any other opinion is just that and with all opinions together and 8 dollars you can get a cup of coffee at Starbucks

You are probably right on. This process used to hassle Trump could easily backfire and be practiced against a second term Democrat as well as any other candidate by unfounded innuendos and biased state courts.

Senator Mike Lee, a Constitutional scholar from Utah, made a recent statement:

"Regardless of what you think of Trump or the response to the outcome of the 2020 election, prosecuting him for things he did is dangerous.
"Fellow American, prosecuting former presidents for things they did in office would affect the ability of all future presidents to perform their constitutional responsibilities vigorously and fearlessly.
"That’s why we have presidential immunity in the first place."

Ray Epps, a target of Jan. 6 conspiracy theories, gets a year of probation for his Capitol riot role

WASHINGTON (AP) — A man targeted by right-wing conspiracy theories about the U.S. Capitol riot was sentenced on Tuesday to a year of probation for joining the Jan. 6, 2021, attack by a mob of fellow Donald Trump supporters.

Ray Epps, a former Arizona resident who was driven into hiding by death threats, pleaded guilty in September to a misdemeanor charge. He received no jail time, and there were no restrictions placed on his travel during his probation, but he will have to serve 100 hours of community service.

Let me qualify my statement about the FBI and Mueller's new rules about his personnel hiring policies.
Robert Mueller set a new standard for agent service within the Bureau. Any agent who had not been promoted within the past 5 years was to be FIRED, no matter his skills, tenure or merit.

Mueller had old enemies within the FBI privy to his work with the Boston Police recruiting mafia informants upon other mafioso.

"Jan 30, 2019 · They were hit men with badges — Morris set up a double murder for Whitey Bulger in 1982 in Southie, after which Vino was …" [[this is Mueller's ties to the Irish mafia]]

TEN YEARS AGO THIS MONTH, WHITEY BULGER WAS FOUND GUILTY ON 31 COUNTS, INCLUDING 11 MURDERS
AT TRIAL, BULGER SOUGHT UNSUCCESSFULLY TO CLEAR HIS NAME AS AN FBI INFORMANT

"When Whitey Bulger was an FBI informant, his handler, agent John Connolly, fed him information in exchange for payments. Bulger’s defense claimed that Connolly wasn’t the only corrupt member of law enforcement who was aiding Bulger. John Tlumacki/Boston Globe via Getty Images
It was Connolly who warned Bulger of his imminent arrest, leading to a 16-year manhunt.

"Two weeks after his arrest in Santa Monica, Bulger pleaded not guilty to charges that included 19 murders, extortion and money laundering. He would have to wait another two years for his trial to begin, thanks in part to the successful efforts of his defense team to remove the judge, Richard G. Sterns, from the case because of his relationship with FBI Director Robert Mueller. Presiding in his stead was Judge Denise Casper, the first African American woman appointed as a federal judge in Massachusetts. The trial began on June 12, 2013, with the families of Bulger’s victims filling out the gallery..."

The tragedy of this story is that Whitey Bulger, a dangerous Irish Mafia racketeer, had been imprisoned and experimented upon with LSD in exchange for early release and service as an informant. He was ruthless, yet principled, overwhelmed with hatred and literally nuts. Mueller was ruthlessly ambitious and had to eliminate all the old agents who knew of Bulger.
From this moment on, his handlers in the FBI became corrupted working their way up the ladder.

Today the FBI has been corrupted since Mueller's Directorship. The missing RSBN film's evidence of FBI involvement with ANTIFA on January 6th 2021 on the end or the reel is being withheld in the name of protecting FBI agent identification while framing Trump for the "INSURRECTION."

The time has come to clean house in the DOJ.

You also forgot to mention Capital Police we’re holding doors open and inviting people in - you also forgot to mention the FBI presence along with Antifa - it amazes me that posts such as yours cherry picks issues that go along with the narrative you are presenting - if you had watched the videos what I’m saying is born out - the ones that actually destroyed property or assaulted officers deserve to be prosecuted- where is the prosecution for the Protesters that were arrested for doing the same thing - except they were released the following morning on their own cognizance- or Antifa and BLM riots that destroyed billions of dollars worth of property - threw mulitove cocktails, burned businesses and physically attacked officers - the J6 protesters in comparison didn’t even compare
