From Wyoming we retired near Panama City, then in 2018 hurricane Michael destroyed our home in the country on 10 acres and now we're in Phenix City, AL, close to the kids; it was 17° this morning. Too cold. This cannot be the same person who went ice fishing and punched holes in 30" of ice, -40° below zero and 20 mph winds. Absolutely miserable! That fellow was crazy. Doesn't matter that he had military cold weather gear.

I saw that yesterday temps close to 80 while here in FLA(F***in Lower ALabama)it's in the mid 20's according to my friends in Pensacola and not much higher here in Mobile.

No we got a deal on our place near Mobile (How is the mkt down your way I heard it was slow in a lot of southern counties in FL)..besides Spring is coming in about 9weeks or so..

All homes in this area, [ rotonda west]....did the same...Why?...Home values [ deed restricted comm]....have skyrocketed! [safest place to live around here....Northport, Fla...Arcadia, ?...[ do not go there, crime abounds]
