I really don't think many, if any, of our left wing opponents are actually stupid (though they can and do say a lot of stupid things).
I think a few of them are actually mentally ill.....which ones seems pretty obvious to me.
But the human race seems to live on a spectrum.....some are realists who base their beliefs on facts and evidence. The other extreme is those who choose what they want to believe, for whatever reasons, then cling to anything, no matter how thin, to support those beliefs. IMHO, the former tend to migrate to the right, and the later to the left. Where and how they fall on the spectrum can range from far right to central to far left.
Take Trump vs Biden as an example:
The right does not pretend Trump has not lied, we simply think the evidence is that he has lied MUCH less than Biden. Most of the left, however, exaggerates how many times Trump has lied, claims they know his 'intent', all the while flat out denying or ignoring Biden's amazingly blatant lies.
The same with corruption. Trump was accused non-stop for 'corruption' ever since nominated, and on the thinnest pretexts. Biden on the other hand is innocent until proven guilty, and again the most amazingly blatant evidence is denied or ignored.
As I have said a few times......for the left, the end justifies the means.

The current occupation of the White House by terrorists is approaching 3 years. None of the criminals who are in charge of this insurrection have been held accountable. They are simply above the law. This occurs when the law has been corrupted and the law enforcement agencies have been compromised. We’re all going to pay a price for this travesty, but the leaders of this coup will have a much more dire consequence when they are judged!
I’m, personally quite happy with the outcome, as I believe we are witnessing the beginning of the end times, spoken of in the Bible.
