The American people decides, and if Trump is removed, that violates all the electoral rights of the American people; that will be unconstitutional.

All I’ve seen on the Jan6th issue is that Nancy Pelosi ignored warnings from Donald Trump that a protest was taking place on Jan 6th and she did not beef up security.
Instead of responding to the threat Nancy had FBI agents disbursed into the crowd including Epps to arouse the fervor.
I saw Capitol police escorting protestors through the Capitol building.
No assaults of politicians took place.
A unarmed protestor (not an insurrectionist named Ashley was shot and killed and no one was prosecuted ( sounds like something on an Alex Baldwin movie set).
I did not see Trump leading the protestors down Capitol boulevard with guns or knives waving in the air.
How can Trump be charged with encouraging or participating an insurrection. Show me the evidence? Nancy Pelosi had the power to respond to the threat and yet she did nothing. She should be the one with her head on arrest warrant!
