First of all they should not have been running loose. The owner is ir-responsible and liable.

I am quite the dog lover, but as far as any dog that was bred for dog fighting, you have to know this: you can't untrain a dog that attacks other dogs. My girlfriend had a pit bull mix, and for the life of this dog she had to have it on a leash all the time outside. We were sitting for this dog and let her off the leash and she nearly killed a Yorkie. We paid the vet bill. Some of the pit bulls are not like this, but a lot of them are. Boxers can be this way, too.

Breeding for temperament is usually done by ethical breeders. You never know what you're getting from "backyard breeders" who don't properly socialize the puppies, get them vaccinated and vet checked before selling them and are only interested in the money.

The owner is responsible for his dogs no matter how aggressive they are. When these 3 attacked the woman where was the owner? He didn't try to prevent it from happening.

I have known people who kept lions, and tigers, not bears, but alligators and reticulated pythons. These animals never harmed anyone because their owners controlled them. For some reason dog owners can't do that.

Dog owners can leash and collar. They just don't!

The facts disagree with you. There are no bad dogs, just bad owners.

You don't understand this, because you don't believe in personal responsibility

No they shouldn’t. People need to properly manage their dogs. Its not hard.

ANY dog can be this way. NO dog should be let off leash if you’re sitting for it and don’t know the dog

Dogs can be trained but the same can’t be said for people.
