at least three legislators received checks from Williams
two of them said they returned the money
21CT is at the center of a criminal investigation after several articles by the" statesman" raised questions about how the company received a 20 million no-bid contract and was poised to get a 90 million contract extension

estes, said ,I am unconfortable enough with the situation that I intend to return the check
