Why waste the money?
Isn't it logical that a rope can be used many times over at just the cost of the rope?
And, that rope doesn't necessarily need to be used for hanging. It could be used to drag an individual behind a running horse over cactus, and rough terrain. That individual would pay the price for hurting a child with that method, and would never do it again.
Is that logical?
