99% of the threads rapidly disintegrate into verbal fist fights, personal attacks, and other sorts of "my dick is bigger than yours" routines. I can't imagine what this would be like if case pertinent external sources were eliminated and we all go "da da da dum de dum dum dum".

I never cut and paste, but there are those who are incapable of independent thought so they have to constantly cut and paste plus post ignorant memes.

But your 'thoughts' may not be factual.

I post a fair number of articles - and include the link so others can evaluate the content.

And then, if I choose to do so, I add my thoughts.

Just reading someone else's 'thoughts' doesn't provide insight to the real issue.

Because one cuts/pastes an article hardly means they are incapable of independent thought. Often the author of the article is able to succinctly articulate the ideas more effectively.

I enjoy seeing articles posted - often presents another point of view. And, in some cases, points out those things the MSM ignores and/or fails to report - or that the MSM got wrong.

I don’t care either way. Its all too easy to scroll past something if you don’t want to read it. People can always start their own forum and make their own rules.
