It seems that he's taking his supporters for granted... Sooner or later people would want to hear from him debating other candidates on stage so all American people would listen to his thoughts on economy, crime, border security, abortion, education and foreign policy...things that are important to Americans!... He needs to participate at least in one debate!...

Interesting. Look at it from his POV - people pretty well know his position on these issues. He has (IMHO) nothing to gain and only to lose by participating in a debate.

Also, as far as a debate, there isn't much difference in the stance of the candidates on the issues you cited.

Why to lose??... Not everybody follow him.. It might be for his own benefit to talk to the people who are not sure about his politics...And debate gives him the stage to try and persuade his naysayers...that he's one who can restore America after the disaster of Biden Administration..

That may be, but American people are not stupid...They can tell the difference between what Trump is saying and what fake news is trying to do to his speech..

I think he should debate-Let the people know where he stands and what he will do for their benefit . Let him outline his proposals and how he hopes to accomplish them . By avoiding debate and only going on social media to rant about judges and investigations that he brought upon himself he only gives the public one side of himself and It is not the big picture we all need to see .

The difference on the debate stage is those who are part of the status quo and those that see the country and constitution slipping away and are willing to fight to stop it.

Every election seems to indicate that the American people are stupid or at best uninformed, apathetic or incapable of extrapolating possible consequences to their actions. They are willing to let their freedom go out of fear or for empty promises and security or simply to project their own virtue signaling.

The debate I want to see is the republican nominee debating Biden or whomever the democrats replace him with if Biden doesn't make it to the general. Trump against Michelle in a debate would be very entertaining.
