That’s OK this is not the January 6 hearings. Trump gets to subpoena people and they have to testify under oath

Can't he subpoena Jan 6th witnesses?
Somebody please enlighten me : On Jan 6, Trump was still POTUS, since the newly elected President had not been sworn in. As such, anything he said, did, thought etc. was covered by " Executive Immunity ".
The proper way to go after him was impeachment, which has been tried.
Also , I recall a news blurb around that time that six States, simultaneously, stopped counting ballots at 11:00PM, and resumed counting at 06:00, after which all the ballots were Biden votes.
I have not seen any updates on that.
