Joe Biden abruptly walked out of a Medal of Honor ceremony before it was over, leaving the Medal of Honor recipient just standing up there by himself.

The ceremony was almost over; all they needed to do was the benediction. You can see a reporter looking at him like ‘what the heck is he doing’.
This isn’t the first Medal of Honor ceremony he’s done. He did one in 2021 where he invited the family up and stayed after the benediction was over. This was just bizarre – unless you consider he’s losing his mind. Then it’s absolutely normal.
At least, he did not check his watch for his boredom.
