I just finished reading that book ,Blade. Also, even more in depth, I also just finished "Signature in the cell" by the same author. Both absolutely great.
Sounds like you would like the books by Rupert Sheldrake also. Although don't expect many here to even
consider these books as they are to mired in the atheistic view of the majority of materialistic scientists.
In a number of speeches and lectures on youtube, Drs. Meyer, Lennox, Gonzalez, Behe, and others have talked about the growing number of scientists who are beginning to rethink their science because of the work of these men.
The language in the coding of DNA is impossible to explain in the absence of intelligent design.
Natural selection simply doesn't cut it.

Perhaps not as exposed to proof as you are, I've seen nothing, nor have I heard back from close friends who have died promising to let me know what is on the other side.

You mean that they're too busy to communicate with me? For even a short message? Like This is OK?
Or now they're a slug and have no communicative ability with humans in their past life?

Well, let's change that law.
Everyone should be buried with a cellphone and a charger with unlimited text and talk.

I can't speak for your friends, but know from my own "spiritual" experience after I died, it changed my life. Hard to explain because "at least for me" it's a "knowing/innate/holistic" experience.

Just pointing out that the universe is bit more complex than we can easily grasp, so I fail to see the relevance of your comment?

If the dead could easily and regularly communicate with the living we would be deprived of a great gift that God provides for some and gives to everyone who asks for it. Without this gift we would be sorely tempted to flee this vale of tears and move on to the joyful Kingdom of Heaven. Unfortunately many people do.

That gift is Faith. Faith is Trust. It makes us even more beautiful in the eyes of God. It is the greatest thing that Jesus asks of us. To Trust in Him.

A description of Faith is unnecessary for those who have it, and is insufficient for those who do not have it.

But it is indescribable. Go ahead, suspend your disbelief for a moment and ask God to provide you with Faith. All you have to lose is a bit of emptiness.

Fascinating! I would like to know more. Perhaps you can post in the Spiritual section? Thanks!
