There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Biden is compromised and feeble.

He tendency to use a whispering weak voice to attempt to project strength is feeble. No awareness of Hunters activities is Biden's main defense. If he had no clue as to Hunter's using his name for profit and sharing it with the entire Biden family except him, then, he would have to be feeble at best.
