Joe Biden has low job approval ratings, has lackluster Democratic enthusiasm, and will turn 82 shortly after the next election, and most voters say they don't want him to run for a second term. Despite all that, they really don't have anyone who is fully functional to replace him. (almost funny). So, will our country be subject to another puppet display by a "weekend with Bernie (Joey)" type setup. they do all but prop him up now as his handlers lead him around by the leash and say stand here, say this... and hand him a paper to read.
