Governor Desantis just made himself unelectable as POTUS. He approved an abortion bill that stops people from getting an abortion after six weeks. I'm not going to argue the rights and or/ wrongs of abortion in this post. Over sixty five percent of the women in this country are already pissed off, because the Supreme Court Case that killed Roe v Wade was made because of Republican appointed Justices that voted . I guess he had to take that position satisfy the many so called pro-lifers in the party.

Any election that has to be won by sacrificing the lives of innocent unborn childtren is not worth winning. I guess you would like him more if he pandered to the pro abortionists. I think it is great that he puts principle over politics.

There's nothing in the Constitution giving SCOTUS jurisdiction over abortion. They overstepped their authority and returned abortion to States Rights. In Truth, however, if Life, Liberty & the pursuit of Happiness are legitimate, then abortion unquestionably violates the Constitution.

The supreme court did not kill Roe v. Wade. They merely recognized that regulating such procedure is not constitutionally appropriate for the feds thus regulation comes under state authority.
I like my womens PO'd. Makes them more aggressive.
Try to keep in mind that the so called pro-deathers brought the litigation upon themselves by demanding unconditional child killing up to the day of birth.

I won't say he made himself unelectable, however, he and all Republicans make it much more difficult for Republicans to get elected when they take an extreme position on one issue that a large majority of people disagree with. The supreme court made the right decision. Some red states are making the wrong one by going to far.
