Trump did the things he is being charged with, and the burden of proof is quite hard, the only thing the right is against is the very notion that trump is being charged regardless of guilt, it straight up is not about whether he did it, it's about whether he should be charged.

There was no crime. The DOJ and FEC, two Federal law enforcement agencies who don't like Trump very much, BOTH said there was no crime committed. TWO Federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York which is where this venue is located, said there was no crime committed. Bragg's predecesor, Cyrus Vance, a Democrat and outspoken Trump opponent, said there was no crime committed. Bragg's case rests largely on the testimony of a convicted perjurer who was rolled for a reduction of his prison sentence.
There is one difference between Cohen and Trump.... Cohen actually did the stuff he was convicted of.
