If both are brain dead, they can't cover that up for very long. Takes a lot of work to keep a brain dead person alive if on a ventilator/life support. Most get pneumonia and die from it. Federman might be having marital problems or wife is visiting family in Canada? Once seen he was stable she went back? That would still seem odd to me unless his "handlers" told her to do it.
Nonetheless, if there is a conspiracy to keep a brain dead politician alive for political purposes, that would kill the democratic party sure as shoot'in once it surfaces and it can't be put off for long. I think they're both suffering but not dead.
Shingles can be incredibly painful. Feinstein is out of the hospital and at home. Some of those poor folks take incredibly high doses of narcotics to knock out shingles pain even if they've never taken narcs before. Some have continuing pain called post-herpetic neuralagia even after the singles has gone! I hope not for her sake as I couldn't wish that condition on anyone. Can be tough to treat. Kurt
