Why was Hillary Clinton not Arrested?
Trump had total control of Congress and Justice for two years. And he campaigned on Lock Her Up. I have no doubt she has committed crimes.
The 115th Congress (2017–2019) featured unified Republican control of the government with GOP majorities in the House and Senate, and Republican President Donald J. Trump in the White House.
Maybe she is just better at concealing crimes than Trump is. And he is good. She is better.

She was called to testify many, many times for investigations before Congress, including an eight hour session of grilling..No evidence was ever discovered of any wrongdoing. Trump is the biggest criminal ever to occupy the White House.

Even Comey said she was guilty at the time. He just added that she lacked the sophistication, ie too stupid, to understand the national security laws and no reasonable prosecutor would indict her.
Running out the statute of limitations by using government dely and obstruction is exactly what Hillary and all these corrupt politicians do to avoid accountability. Expect the same to happen for Hunter.
