This is the original text of the US Constitution's 2nd Amendment:

As usual, Saltwind, you see a LOT of stuff 'clearly' that no one else sees. How is his recommendation against the Constitution? Please explain. Be specific, because as many times as I have read the Constitution, I can't remember ever running across anything that prohibits a state, a county, or a city from organizing and protecting it's borders or it's citizens.
