We know this and its led to an illegitimate Supreme Court in the eyes of the nation when they forced their will on the people by using their authority to go after Roe vs. Wade which they well knew that once sent to the states there would be no vote on its adoption or not in many, many cases. Even then the Republicans are trying to not give the citizens of their states a choice.

Kamala Harris said the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade has made her concerned about the Supreme Court.

"I think this is an activist court," Harris said in an interview with NBC's "Meet the Press."

The Supreme Court in June overturned Roe v. Wade, reversing a landmark decision that legalized abortion in the US.

Vice President Kamala Harris on Friday said the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade has made her worried about the "integrity" of the Supreme Court.

"I think this is an activist court," Harris said in an interview with NBC's "Meet the Press."

"It means that we had an established right for almost half a century, which is the right of women to make decisions about their own body, as an extension of what we have decided to be, the privacy rights to which all people are entitled," Harris said. "And this court took that constitutional right away. And we are suffering as a nation because of it."

"That causes me great concern about the integrity of the Court overall," she continued.

Her remarks come months after the Supreme Court decided to overturn Roe v. Wade, the 1973 landmark Supreme Court decision that made abortion access a right.

Since May, abortion-rights advocates have feared that the Supreme Court would strike down Roe v. Wade. The fears began when Politico published a leaked draft opinion in which Justice Samuel Alito called the decision "egregiously wrong from the start."

The decision to overturn Roe v. Wade sparked protests nationwide. Since the decision was made public, a slew of prominent individuals has blasted the ruling. Attorney General Merrick Garland also condemned the court's decision, calling it a "devastating blow to reproductive freedom in the United States."

By overturning Roe, the Supreme Court has put the question of the legality of abortion in the hands of individual state legislatures and has essentially made it illegal in at least 22 states to obtain an abortion. There are expected to be added restrictions in several others.

VP Harris is hardly on to speak on integrity considering the way in which she obtained her political career. It distresses you to no end that we have a court that actually goes by the Constitution. If you think reading, understanding and following the Constitution is radical I think you need to leave my country. FYI the Constitution does not have anything about abortion in it. It was a stretch to claim privacy to cover it. Anyone that says there “Constitutional Right” was taken away does not know anything about the Constitution. Abortion questions belong in the jurisdiction of the States. What is this protocol they mentioned. I don’t believe the liberals have EVER installed a conservative judge to the Court. Nor would they. The liberal Democrats have NO morals. They don’t care about anything as well except if it feels good then do it. A court that goes by what constitution ???
It does not represent a Will of the people. As he judges were chosen by pirates illegally. It does not recognize the little guy as being an intrinsic part of the commons.
The Court has become a protectorate for the very rich to protect them from the grievances of the poor .

The Constitution has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE. If you don’t like it change it with amendments the way it was designed. Then the “Will of the People” could be served. The justices do not have the ability to change it. Baby killing is not in the Constitution. Get over it! It’s still legal to kill your baby. It’s just under States power not federally mandated. You lost nothing. So get knocked up run down to Planned Parenthood and kill it. I’m sure you would totally enjoy it. There is one thing about the Democrat Communist party I know is a fact. Democrat first time registrations in Texas are 10 to 1 Democrat over Republican. That is 38
electoral votes if we flip it. If carry the states, we did last time and get Texas its over for Republicans.

If by 'Extremist Supreme Court' you mean that is when the justices rule as to whether a law complies with our Constitution then you missy are a threat to the nation. Last time I looked neither the Bill of Rights or the Constitution guaranteed the 'right' to an abortion. While I personally believe that access to abortion is a necessary evil considering the sizable criminal element roaming our streets. ALSO, wouldn't a "devastating blow to reproductive freedom" mean allowing abortion not preventing it? It seems that 'reproductive freedom' would be encouraging making babies not killing them.

Abortion is a medical procedure and you're right more children who are wanton for proper support is only going to make things much worse than they are now. Abortion levels were at an all time low before any of the recent Roe v Wade mess started. Its much ado about nothing except to make other people angry. Forcing people to do things never works out.

THEN SHE colluded with Russians by paying for a warrant to surveil a Trump campaign associate during the 2016 election!! The fake Russian dossier paid for by Hillary’s campaign, was used to get illegal warrants in order to spy on Donald Trump’s campaign!!!

The Trump Russian collusion story was a humongous hoax created by the Hillary Clinton campaign. The Obama Administration used that hoax in order to illegally spy on their political enemies. I would say that is the biggest scandal in American history, but I believe the uranium one scandal is even bigger than this. (I'm not positive, but it just may be that Biden's raid on his political opponent's home AND a former President of the United States just may top that as an even bigger scandal, but that's another story.)
