Honest ? We know of and can prove 2 examples of plagiarism against Joe Biden in the distant past. Once when he was a student and once when he ran for President in the 1980s.

To get back to his performance as President. Jimmy Carter and Barak Obama are grateful that somebody came along to knock them off near the bottom of the worst Presidents. The only guy lower in all of American History was James Buchanan. I bet Joe challenges Buchanan before long for that honor.
