You are assuming the government is not lying, and also that Trump did or intended to give classified material to China or Russia. The documents, what ever they are, were secured, not online like what Hillary did, and so were in no danger of being stolen, like Hillary's were in danger of.

I love your sense of fair play. It used to be in AmeriKA there was a presumption of innocence and the burden of proof was on the prosecutors. Donald J. Trump has the presumption of innocence until proven otherwise.

Of course Hillary had documents. Wherever did you get the idea she did not ? Hillary was Secretary of State. A government employee. She was shown by FBI Director Comey to have broken the law. That he opted not to prosecute does not absolve her of her guilt.

Well , she wasn’t charged with anything so , that means not guilty.
No charges , No Guilt.
Unlike trump who was impeached twice.
And acquitted by the rrpublican senate.
He was still impeached twice. That sticks.

She had secret material on an unprotected private server. That is undeniable and a crime. That Comey laid out her crimes and then set her free, does not make her innocent.

Al Capone was a gangster, murderer, racketeer, and a bootlegger. That is undeniable. That the US Government did not prosecute him for those things, does not mean he was not guilty of those crimes. They decided to prosecute him for tax evasion.

Jack the Ripper was never Prosecuted. Did that make him not guilty of multiple murders.
