President Trump and his family witnessed the raid on Mar-a-Lago live from New York thanks to security feed

Christina Bobb, one of President Trump’s lawyers who was present at Mar-a-Lago during the FBI’s raid, revealed that President Trump and his family were able to watch the raid live as it was happening from Trump Tower.

“I think the folks in New York – President Trump and his family – probably had a better view than I did because they had the CCTV, but they were able to watch I was stuck in the parking lot there to collect paper and answer questions. But they were actually able to see the whole thing so they actually have a better idea of what took place inside,” she said.

The security cameras at Mar-a-Lago were only turned off for a brief period of time, according to Bobb. This allowed the Trumps to witness the FBI’s Monday raid as it unfolded.

“So initially, [the agents] said you need to turn off all the cameras and then, of course, the staff complied,’ she noted. ‘Then the lawyers jumped in and said, you actually don’t have to turn them off. So shortly after they turn them back on. So the cameras were only off for a very short period of time.”

According to Eric Trump, the FBI agents were even raiding areas of Mar-a-Lago which they “shouldn’t have been.”

This could be damning for the FBI if the search warrant, which is expected to be released Friday, had narrow parameters.

Furthermore, the fact that the FBI lied to staff about how they “must” turn off the security cameras further casts doubt on the legitimacy of this operation.

"Federal Search warrants require that a copy in duplicate (wet ink copy in "black ink") be made and either be HANDED at the premises of the search to the owner/tenant, or left at the premises by the agents at the conclusion of the search. Failure to give copy in duplicate upon the request of the owner/tenant when entering results in an illegal search.

The probable cause of the search may include going through boxes to look for specific documents, however if whole boxes are seized without first going through them the boxes must be or remain sealed and inventoried, then taken, but if the boxes are to be gone through at another location there must be chain of custody recorded, and another separate search warrant obtained, in compliance with NIST. NIST (National Institute of Science and Technology) is the standard that is federally mandated for all federal agencies to follow.

It appears that boxes were taken but no further search warrant obtained which shall result in the suppression of evidence without regards of NIST.

This raid will result in nothing happening..."
