I don't live in NY, but I'm glad the court nipped it in the bud before it could spread to other states.

It violates our constitution. How a state can even propose such laws should be reasons to impeach and cut any and all federal funding, until at which time said violations of our constitution are remedied. Same with the leftcoast's mega violations and the list is long.

I agree!! It seems the left only follows the constitution and existing laws when it suits them. Otherwise it's a free for all🙄

Yes, the lefts definition of the constitution as a "Living Document " meaning it changes with time, explains why Blue states are bankrupt in ethics, morals, financially and every way imaginable in decline.
