Abortion and the Right to Bear Arms.

On Friday, June 24, 2021, The Supreme Court upheld the second amendment and overturned Roe vs. Wade.

The Right to bear arms is in the constitution as the second amendment. The intent of the second amendment is so that the people can defend themselves against a tyrannical government.

Under the illusion of security, a tyrannical government would take away the people's right to defend themselves by saying "We are protecting you, you need not carry a gun" This occured in Germany after the Nazi party came to power.

On the other hand, abortion and the right to kill the unborn, is not written in the constitution as a right. As I understand it from the Christian Church, rights are those actions that promote life not destroy life.

For example, the right of free speech, the right of assembly, the right of religion, and the right to bear arms; all protect life. The rights of the accused in the third, fourth, and fifth amendment protect the accused from being falsely tried and convicted of a crime they may not have committed.

Although the execution of these rights are often seen as a threat to democracy, when it occurs to a minority or an unpopular viewpoint, these human rights are solidly founded in western society.

The government of the United States shall not prohibit religion nor can they support it. The government of the United States, the Federalist Government of the United States must remain neutral is cases of religion. But they are duty bound to support the defense of the life of the individual citizen as well as the community as a whole. The Federalist Government is not a religion, nor is the politics surrounding our elected officials so the Government is not protected by the first amendment or the second amendment.

The first and second amendment is so that society can defend themselves against a government who, by the nature of tyranny, over steps their bounds therefore their power. The government was created with three branches, the lawmaking branch(Congress), the executive branch (President) and the judicial branch(US Supreme Court). Each branch shares the power of the government in order to function. Congress has no more power than the President who has no more power than the Supreme Court.

But the functions are different. The Congress has the power of the purse to fund or defund. The president has the power of the sword to enforce or not to enforce. And the Supreme Court has the power of judgement. In other words the power of the purse, is equal to the power of the sword, equal to the power of judgement.

Tests in law determine this. Abortion is not a reproductive right. Reproduction is about creating life. Abortion is about destroying what has been created. If a man and a woman, get together and have sex, and that action of sex causes the woman to get pregnant it is not a bad thing.

Sure life will change, but life changes anyway. The Democrats feel that getting more voters happens when illegal immigrants enter the country. Well immigration does bring new ideas to the country, but it is better for the country to grow from within. You get new voters when children are raised to become good members of the community or better said, when they become members of a united American family.

Abortion destroys all of that. Abortion in the past was used as genocide. The murder of children, whether born or unborn is still a tragedy of society. Millions of unborn children were killed in the past 50 years. These unborn children if allowed to live, could have been great leaders of this nation and voters of this nation. We could have gone further in the human spirit, but we killed millions, for what?

What are the reasons why one would resort to a tool of death?

What is the reason? Laziness and lack of responsibility. There are plenty of forms of contraceptives around that have been around that could’ve been utilized for women and men could’ve been more responsible relative to the use of condoms, inconvenient as they may be. Also as of 2018 states were not required to report abortion so the numbers are significantly skewed….

Overall, there were about 630,000 abortions reported to CDC in 2019. The abortion rate was 11.4 abortions per 1,000 women aged 15–44 years. That year, 56% of the reported abortions were surgical and about 44% were through use of the so-called abortion pill.

The report also showed about 18% of all pregnancies in the U.S. ended in abortion.

You know the statistic you just reported is scary. It like we killed a small country in 50 years.....that's sad. I'm glad that the states and the Supreme Court are starting to do the right thing. I hope the states will follow the court and prevent the needless killing of unborn children.

Yikes! 630,000 people in one year.....ouch.
