The dam is breaking. The "listen to meeeeee" millennials, who have had an overblown influence on corporations, and on our culture, are finally being told to sit down and be quiet. It is very much overdue.

What is overdue is the unionization of Tesla. Collective bargaining and the right to due process is exactly what Tesla needs!

Who are the people that can afford union-controlled manufacturing of electric cars.

Tesla was never mentioned in the cited article, why do you always try to hijack others topics?

If you don’t like your job, the working conditions and or the company you work for you have the right to leave and find a different job.

If you want to know the affects of unions and Democrat control, take a long hard look at Detroit from 1940-2000.

Union Members working for American Companies , is my guess.
It’s not the Unions controlling the manufacturing. They are there to stop the exploitation of Labor for profit scenarios.

That sounds just like the “ right to work for less “ argument.

RIF=Reading Is Fundamental. This is about employees at SpaceX not Tesla. They offer remedial reading courses for adults.

>>>Why? How do you know what is right for Tesla? Unionization is not necessarily the best solution for all corporations and many would prefer not to be unionized.

Not an argument. A fact. You have the right to work for any company you’d like, if they’ll hire you. Pretty simple actually.

You also have the right to join your coworkers and form a union and bargain for better pay benefits and working conditions.

That’s true. I never felt the need to have someone represent me. I’d much rather represent myself. That attitude and work ethic have afforded me a more than comfortable life with no concerns about my financial future. I think unions have outlived their purpose and now serve more as a detriment to the employee and the company.

We have all worked with folks of such ilk. Lick the bosses boots, throw your coworkers under the bus, while groveling for a pittance of pay.

Never licked anyone’s boots. Never threw a coworker under the bus. Never groveled. That “pittance in pay” along with the experience I gained allowed me to purchase my own company. As owner, I paid higher wages and provided better benefits then my competitors in order to retain quality employees.
