Do you think maybe the goobermint is trying to exponentially increase the Hispanic population in the hope they will continue to vote mostly Democrat? It's getting to the point where Hispanics who traditionally vote Republican like Cubans are getting swamped by illegal aliens, aka not yet registered Democraps.
