Agree with peaver bogart and archie. Post it and report to admin. I would agree with you that he is a despicable human being but am not sure he is a human being. No excuse for doing something like that!

Report him to admin. Screen shot the PM and send it as part of the report.

If you cannot screen shot it, cut and paste it i to a PM to Admin.
Better idea is to cut and paste it into this thread so every single one of us can report him.
