It's Oregon. Even back when lived in Grants Pass it was like a suburb of San Francisco. I was there a week before I even met anyone actually FROM Oregon.
I was talking to a relative last night and she mentioned this very issue. Her little girl is only 7, but another parent in her girls school was mentioning her 12 year old's issues with a pretend girl in the girls room while they are just starting to use these products. In the next stall. And they have to get a tampon before entering the stall from the dispenser, in front of Ms/Mr pretend girl, enter the stall, he enters the next stall, and then she is busy unwrapping the tampon or other product and he is right next door listening. And probably twiddling willie while she is doing this. And there is some sicko saying this is okay and we will put them even in the boys rooms. Where the boys will misuse them in countless ways, because they are boys and that is what boys are prone to do.
These idiots are mental cases and ought to definitely be kept from any position, anywhere, that overlooks children. They are active child abusers.
