We Back Countries, Not Men...The Right Can't Grasp This

We are not backing Zelensky, we are backing the Ukraine against an invading Russian dictator, and preventing further incursions into other countries.

As far as Russia is concerned, we will back Russia and the Russian people as long as Putin is cancelled and the country comes to it's senses in regards to leaving the Ukraine alone.

Russia is violating the ethics of war and attacking a country essentially for no reason except to regain territory. War is about strategic targets, not wiping out cities to where millions of people have no place to go.

And on that concept the problem with the right is that thing I said right there.

As a patriot I back the country, I backed it when Bush, Obama, trump, and now Biden were president, The right says if you are against trump you are against the country, and that is absolutely not true.

I back the things I think a president does right, and that includes trump, and because I criticize a president that does not have anything to do with being a traitor to the country. There are a lot of things Biden and the democratic party are doing wrong...and that does not make me a traitor to my party

The face of the leader is the face of the country. You back the leader and that is how you back the country.

Do you know how stupid that sounds?

***We are not backing Zelensky, we are backing the Ukraine against an invading Russian dictator, and preventing further incursions into other countries.
>>>We should be backing what is right, like Russia liberating the Donbas region of Ukraine from the onslaught of the Ukraine army and fascist militias, against legitimate separatists trying to be free from the illegitimate government set up after an illegal coup in 2014 sponsored by obama/boden.

But you never think that far or see the whole picture, blinded by government anti-Russian bias.

Not even close...the right takes tribalism and loyalty to a place where criticism is traitorous because somehow you hate your country if you criticize it.
If you criticize your president (trump) you must hate the country
criticizing trump means you are a traitor to him and the country

loving your country means you have to support the president, where the hell did that go with Biden?

Sounds like Lincoln invading the South. Just to regain territory.

Let me see if I can get this through your biased brain. And it is leftist biased. Yes, I am a student of history and learning more and more every day. And the more I read, and a lot from good posts on OPP, the more I learn. You don't appear to learn as we go along.

I like Putin. Not like a fanatic. But because he took over Russia and I believe he loves Russia. The country. He has no evident ambitions to create the old Soviet Union. That was a hold over from Stalin and communists. Like so many on the left are trying to turn America into. But lets pass that. Putin took control after the Soviet empire ceased to exist. It was his job to hold Russia together and build it up to the super power it is. Most of his actions are actions I could see doing if I were in his position. Not all. But the overall picture. And he does some good things. He actually inquired about joining NATO and the European Union. As full members for the betterment of the northern hemisphere. He was rejected. Instead, NATO expands when it should have disbanded. There was no Soviet empire to protect against. Russia did try to be a friend and a cooperative country. Think about the International Space Station. They actually ferried our astronauts back and forth since the obama era when obama grounded the Space Shuttle. They were not trying to be our enemy. But NATO would have none of it and kept expanding and trying to encircle Russia on their west. This was against agreement agreed to with NATO and America. Then along came 2014 and the obama/biden coup in Ukraine. The democratically elected President of Ukraine decided that the deal he was working on with the European Union was not what he wanted and he went with the deal that Russia offered. There were protests, mainly from ethnic Ukrainians and not with the support of ethnic Russian Ukrainians. All legal citizens that voted in that president. He had to flee for his life. Then Russia saw a hostile force installed in the Presidency by the west and Putin protected Russian interests in Crimea. The Crimea was mostly Russian Ukrainians and they voted to join Russia. The Ukraine government was no longer what they vote for. And right after that, the Donbass region also seceded from Ukraine, wanting no part of this "False" government installed by the west. So, with the Ukraine Army, nothing but a piece of shit, the government put together militias heavily infiltrated by out and out Nazis. And they hated Russians, and they attacked the Donbass, and since then and before Russia moved in two months ago, they caused the deaths of 14,000 Ukrainians. They attacked their own citizens, brutally. Eight years, And twice they came up with peace accords in Minsk and the militias immediately threw them out and attacked and bombarded again. And meanwhile. America and others now enter Ukraine and start training their military to be used for suppressing the civil war and who knows what else. Also arming them. And then talk of joining NATO. Russia would have none of that. A hostile Ukraine on their border would create and intolerable situation with Ukraine and then NATO. They drew a red line and demanded neutrality for Ukraine, No more advancing of NATO towards Russia which they viewed as a hostile act. And it is. And they wanted the right of free choice for the Donbass areas to decide their own future. Remember, the Government the Donbass and Crimea areas voted in, no longer exists do to western interference and a coup. So they have a right to move on and they did. When Russia finally moved into Ukraine, itwas to rid them of the Nazis and protect those that wanted out (And not to take as a personal possession and the start of a new Russian empire) (Russia wants no part of that.) There is no evidence that they do or ever did. Russia actually moved in as Ukraine was about to launch an all out attack to conquer Donbass and Crimea, places that were no longer a part of Ukraine by their own choice. Meanwhile Zelensky claims he is defending Ukraine and democracy. What democracy. He jailed opposition leaders, killed off their broadcast TVs and radio and disbanded over 10 opposition political parties. He is a would be dictator and an oligarch in his own right. They have set up torture chambers for political opposition and captured Russians and ethnic Russian citizens or sympathizers. Like they have no rights in their own country. And with all this, the west is pushing all of the hate Russia/Putin false information they can muster. Yes, I'm sure Russia has also put out some false information. Mostly limited to Russia. So yes, I am backing Russia with sound arguments. What are yours. Put your ass out here like I did and lets go over point by point, or STFU. Your little one liner snide remarks and other bull schitte you got from biased western sources and leftist media, and bidens lying government are worthless. With no basis in fact and are full of shit.

So, yes I think that far out and see the whole picture with a hell of a lot more information then you have read with your sources that are blinded by government Russian bias.
