They shut down their coal and nuclear industries to go all Green. Of course Green must be backed up by normal energy. The sad thing is that she is no longer in power to take the fall politically for Ukraine and the rest.
That woman caused more long term damage to her country than even Barry Obama did to the US of A. Of course nobody will top Joe Biden.

This is true of nearly every left-leaning politician, especially the American Democratic Party. They create problems and then they create more unintended consequences with every solution they make, and convince people that they alone are the ones that can solve the problem they created without ever being held accountable for the damage they do. Often the problems come long after they are no longer in power and others are left to pick up the pieces of the destruction they had caused.

I agree with you. I believe that China and Russia should immediately cut off all trade with the US of A. Russia should declare an oil, caviar, and vodka embargo on the US. Those American Capitalist-Pig-dogs have no idea what a Putin price hike really is.
China should also stop all exports to America. Wait until Global Warmers can't get electric cars because China has cut off the supply of rare earths and minerals. Wait until the shelves at Tractor Supply, Harbor Freight, and the various Dollar chain stores are empty. There will be screaming and wailing in the streets, even greater than the screaming and wailing of the starving citizens of Shanghai from the Covid lock down.
